Your Responsibilities

  • Define channel strategy and take responsibility for it’s realization (targeting, optimisation, creative direction, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns with respect to our company’s objectives and KPI’s.
  • Perform tests of SEA measures (testing ad copy, keyword sets and landing pages) to gradually increase conversion rates as well as lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Manage our relationship and communication with Google.
  • Stay updated about trends and enjoy the opportunity new ad products & technology.

Your ideal background and skillset

  • 3+ years experience in building and managing performance based search campaigns (on Google and Bing) with significant budgets
  • Holding a degree in the fields of economics and business
  • You have a passion for online marketing
  • Know the ins and outs of AdWords (e.g. DSA, ROAS)
  • You have a strong data driven, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good knowledge of relevant tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced work environment that is constantly evolving
  • You have exellent German language skills (C1-2 or native level)
